Lisa Cavigliano, Membership Manager
As Membership Manager, Lisa gets to spend time with some of the hippest, coolest and most fun arts patrons in the contemporary art world. Her favorite part of her job is getting to use so much of the color ICA-pink! When Lisa was little, she wanted to be a cowgirl, a geologist or Elton John. Now, she wants to be one of the Lovely Ladies in the Dave Matthews Band. Her best quality is her stamp collection and she’s happiest when she’s using her passport.
Sarah Dragovich, Online Content Manager
Sarah’s job is Online Content Manager. Her favorite part of her job is working with artists. When Sarah was little she hated doing math. Now she has a Masters degree in Art History. Her best quality is petting kittens. Sarah is happiest when she is doing yoga!
Cathy Kimball, Executive Director and Chief Curator
As Executive Director, Cathy’s job at the ICA is keeping up with everyone else. Her favorite part of the job is when everyone pretends to listen to her. When Cathy was little, she wanted to be Ella Fitzgerald. Now she wants to rule the world. Cathy’s best quality is not patience. She’s happiest when everyone is pretending to listen to her.
Christine Koppes, Curator and Director of Public Programs
As Curator at the ICA, Christine Koppes’ job is to work with artists she admires. Her favorite part of her job is seeing an installation come to life. When Christine was little, she loved to paint in the nude. Now, she prefers working with clothes on. Christine’s best quality is her cute dog. She’s happiest after finishing a great book.
Marielle Mervau, Curatorial Associate and Visitor Engagement Manager
Michael Oechsli, Installation and Facilities Manager
Mike’s job at the ICA is Installation and Facility Manager. His favorite part of his job is driving the scissor-lift. When Mike was little he wanted to be Han Solo. Now he wants to be Han Solo. His best quality is his enthusiasm for collecting comic books. Mike is happiest when eating.
Kirk Walukiewicz, Director of Finance
Kirk’s job is Director of Finance. His favorite part of the job is depositing the generous contributions from our wonderful donors and members. When Kirk was little he wanted to play baseball for the San Francisco Giants. Now he wants to visit every major league baseball stadium (12 to go). Kirk’s best quality is his patience and ability to translate accounting speak to others. He is happiest when he is attending the Blues and Brews Festival in Telluride Colorado.
