In its 39th year, the Connect & Collect Art Auction and Exhibition remains one of the most anticipated art events in the Bay Area, featuring more than 200 pieces by local, national and international artists.
In conjunction with the exhibition Surreal Sublime, San Jose based artist Lucidbeaming will light up the ICA's Lounge Gallery with his interactive sculpture Embers.

Virtual Unreality marks the first large-scale retrospective survey of work by Bay Area-based artist Alan Rath, internationally recognized pioneer in electronic, kinetic, and robotic sculpture art, since his 1998 survey show at Site Santa Fe.

Stephanie Metz creates biomorphic abstract sculptures out of wool and felt that explore the tension created when opposing qualities coexist. This exhibition will present works from throughout Metz’s career, showing the myriad of ways in which she works with her materials.
